What You Get
A Complete Application, Not A Quick Look
Choosing a flight school for international students is only half the job. The other half is an application that doesn't stall on a missing document or a weak bank statement. Here's exactly what we deliver.
Full Document Audit
Passport, academic records, English proficiency evidence, and every form the school asks for, checked and organized the way admissions wants to see them.
Financial Readiness Check
Schools need proof you can fund your training before they issue your I-20. We spot weak bank statements and sponsor letters before the school or the embassy does.
A Stronger Motivation Letter
Your story, in your voice, made clearer and more convincing. No templates that every admissions officer has read a hundred times.
The Right School For You
We compare SEVP-certified schools against your goals, budget, and timeline, and tell you straight what training will really cost at each one.
A Ready-To-Submit Package
Everything assembled into one clean, complete application that admissions can process without chasing you for missing pieces.
A Direct Introduction
Your application goes to a real person in admissions we know by name, not a general inbox. Then we follow up until you have an answer.
You won't be the only one who made it here.
BrightLine has helped students from outside the U.S. get through exactly this process, from first document to first flight.

Why Not Go Direct?
Why Not Just Email The Schools Yourself?
You can. Schools will happily answer questions about their own programs. What they won't do is tell you another school suits you better, or fix your file before they judge it.
Going It Alone
- Each school only tells you about itself
- Your email waits in a general admissions inbox
- You find out a document was missing after the delay
- You compare costs from brochures that leave things out
With BrightLine
- An honest comparison across schools, based on your goals and budget
- Your file reaches a person in admissions we know by name
- Problems are fixed before anyone at the school sees your file
- Real training costs from people who have worked inside admissions

Do I Need an I-20 Form?
If you live outside the U.S., yes. The flight school that accepts you issues it, and you need it for your M-1 (or F-1) visa. Switching U.S. schools? You'll need a new one.
A school can issue your I-20 once:
- The school has accepted you
- It's approved for international students
- You've paid its enrollment fees
- You can show proof of funds

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I apply to a U.S. flight school as an international student?
You apply to an SEVP-certified flight school, the only kind allowed to issue the Form I-20 you need. Once accepted, the school issues your I-20, you pay the SEVIS fee, and you apply for an M-1 student visa at a U.S. embassy or consulate. Non-U.S. citizens also need TSA flight training security clearance before starting training. We make sure the application stage is done right the first time.
Are you affiliated with a specific flight school?
No. No flight school owns us or pays us to send students their way. We recommend schools based on your goals, budget, and timeline.
How much does it cost?
It depends on your situation. A student with complete documents who just needs the right school is a very different job from one starting from scratch. Tell us where you are and we'll give you a clear price before you commit to anything. Asking costs nothing.
Do you guarantee admission or a visa?
No, and be careful of anyone who does. Admission decisions belong to the school and visa decisions belong to the U.S. consulate. What we do is make sure your application is complete, strong, and in front of the right person.
Do you help with my student visa (M-1)?
We make sure your documents are in order for the school stage, which is what gets you the I-20 your M-1 application depends on, and we explain what typically comes next. We're not immigration attorneys and don't give legal visa advice. For visa-specific legal questions, work with a licensed immigration attorney.
How long does the process take?
Your application package is ready within 10 days of us receiving your complete documents. After that, timing depends on the school's admissions schedule and visa appointment wait times in your country.
What if I've already started applying?
That's fine. We review what you've already sent, strengthen what's weak, and help you get back on track before more time and money are lost.
What countries do you work with?
Applicants from anywhere outside the United States. If you're an international student looking to train at a U.S. flight school, we can help.
